Freshly Made Goods & Change of Mind
Due to the fresh nature of our products and in strict compliance with NSW Food Authority health and safety regulations, we cannot accept physical returns of any food items once they have been collected or delivered. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, order the wrong item, or if the product does not meet your subjective taste preferences. All sales are final.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. We are committed to ensuring you receive exactly what you ordered in perfect condition.
