Our petit fours are grounded in French pastry tradition, shaped by years of classical training, and quietly, honestly, Sydney — local finger limes, ripe mangoes, lemon myrtle, wildflower honey. Ingredients we genuinely love, finding their way into our work in ways that feel natural rather than forced.
