We currently deliver across the Sydney metropolitan area.
To keep things simple, your exact delivery fee will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the address you provide. As a general guide, the delivery fee typically ranges between $5 to $20.
We also offer free delivery on all orders over $100.

Petit Fours
Order by 12:00 PM for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
Delivery Schedule:
Wednesday to Sunday, starting at 6:00 PM (deliveries take approx. 4 hours to complete).
*You will receive an SMS right before we head out for delivery.

Yes. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) are eligible for same-day delivery. Your order will be carefully delivered between 6:00 - 10:00 PM that evening.

Yes. We provide corporate dessert boxes and elegant catering for events of all sizes—including company dinners, corporate functions, and weddings. Please contact us directly for more details and a custom quote.

At Petit Whisk, we use a variety of high-quality ingredients in our kitchen, including dairy, eggs, gluten (wheat), tree nuts, and soy.
While we take the utmost care and maintain strict hygiene practices to prevent cross-contamination, please be aware that all our desserts are prepared and baked in the same studio. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are 100% free from trace allergens.
If you or your guests have a severe food allergy, we gently advise taking this into consideration before placing an order. Your safety and peace of mind are always our priority.

Our low-sugar French desserts are highly temperature-sensitive. Every order is carefully packed and delivered via a strict cold-chain process to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If no one is home, the package will be left in a safe place, but we cannot guarantee its quality if left out for extended periods.
Storage: Please refrigerate immediately upon receipt. Our desserts must be stored at 2-4°C.
Best Enjoyed: To experience the perfect flavor and texture, please consume your desserts within 24 hours of receiving them.

As all our Petit Fours are meticulously handcrafted and freshly prepared to order, we require sufficient notice for any changes or cancellations.
Standard Orders (24+ hours notice): > If you need to cancel or modify your daily standard order, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery or collection date. We will gladly issue a full refund or provide store credit.
Standard Orders (Within 24 hours): > Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations, modifications, or provide refunds for orders cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled date. At this stage, premium ingredients have been allocated and the preparation/baking process has already commenced.
Corporate & Catering Orders (3 Days notice): > For large corporate dessert boxes, event catering, or wedding orders, any cancellations or modifications must be made at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to the scheduled event date. Due to the significant volume of premium ingredients and dedicated production time required for these events, catering orders cancelled within 3 days are strictly non-refundable.
How to request a cancellation: > All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to hello@petitwhisk.com along with your order number. Cancellations requested via social media direct messages (DMs) or SMS may not be processed in time.
